Our idea of didactic programming is based on Dewey's activism, so that the child is

finally the active subject of the learning process.

In harmony with the thought of the scientist Howard Gardner, we believe that a careful school must be able to respect the forms of intelligence of each child by taking care to arrange activities and spaces to stimulate.

This vision of the child necessarily entails a substantial change in the way of living the educational context, that enables freedom, creativity, discovery and knowledge.

​

The teacher frees himself from the limiting role of creator of stimuli to acquire the fascinating role of an astonished observer of the process of knowledge creation, an absolutely personal, unrepeatable process actively managed by the Child.

The educational experience

Great attention to social and relational skills: good habits, care, respect for things and people and activities experienced in the classroom.

​

Italian language and phonosyllabic method

The mission of the method is to consider the syllable as a more easily recognizable linguistic unit compared to single graphemes / phonemes. 

​

Learn to count

In the initial stages, the written number will support the visual and manipulative experience, numbers and calculations will thus be experienced through the images and the objects, to create a solid base of necessary knowledge to mathematics.

​

Assessment

The evaluation will not be oriented to judgment, but to the discovery and knowledge of one's abilities, of

their potential and their limits.

You work at home

For each class, a "tailor-made" methodology has been devised for assigning work at home.

English program

English as a second language

We will introduce 2 "English topics" per month which will include acquisitions of new verbs, vocabulary, idioms, songs, conversations, films, readings, cards and movement games.

Jolly Phonics

Jolly Phonics method is used to learn reading and writing in English.It is

multi-sensory approach in which sounds are taught. This way children will learn the 42 sounds and identify sounds in words.

​

Around the world

A child is never too young to get to know different cultures and countries. We will introduce fun activities to tell children about traditions in an easy and original way, try different cuisine recipes, celebrate international holidays and listen to the sound of foreign languages, dancing and singing.

large open space to organize physical activities and sports. Classrooms for school work. Library and laboratory space.

 

Dedicated classroom inside the school:

for English language activities, listening and music lessons

 

In the forest connected to the

pre-school two dedicated outdoor spaces:

- class under the portico 40 sqm. with tables and benches where to carry out programming outdoors, and containers for the material dedicated to outdoor activities (torches, compasses, thermometers, meters, spades, rakes, ropes, etc.) with chemical bath dedicated.
